President Rupiah Banda has warned


President Rupiah Banda has warned that individuals using the Barotse Royal Establishment document to cause confusion will face the wrath of the law.
President Banda says people causing confusion are just a few misguided individuals who are trying to make political capital out of the whole matter.
The president was speaking to to journalists in Malawi on arrival at the Chileka airport in Blantyre today.
President Banda who is accompanied by first lady Thandiwe was received by deputy Presidential Affairs Minister Nichous Dausi.
The President is in Blantyre to attend the Memorial service of the former first lady of Malawi Ethel Wamutharika.
Tanzania’s President Jakaya Kikwete is also attending the memorial service.
President Banda returns home this evening after the schedule.
Meanwhile President Banda says government will make sure that next year’s elections are held in a peaceful and transparent manner.
The President has appealed to Zambians to turn in numbers vote in next’s year tripartite elections.
He also says government will adequately prepare for the next crop marketing season.
President says measures will be taken to make sure the grain is purchased on time from the farmers and well stored.
